Emoji Book Challenge

I was tagged by Margaret @ Weird Zeal, who just so happens to be the creator of this tag! Of all the tags I am doing in my 12 days of tags, this is the one I am the most excited about! I think its a super fun, creative, and unique idea for a tag!

Rules:

1. Choose a book from your shelf by using a random number generator
2. The goal is the describe the book using five emojis, so get creative!
3. Remember to tag people to pass it along.

I’m not at home while writing this, so I am going to use my goodreads shelf which is currently sorted by “Date Read”

Book 333: Ella Enchanted

I think I am going to be really bad at this haha.  Ella Enchanted is about a baby who is cursed by a fairy.  When she grows up she meets the prince and finds the strength to overcome her curse and then they fall in love.

Book 60: Daughter of the Pirate King

👨‍👧 🏴‍☠️ ⚔️ 🧜‍♀️ ❤

A Girl and her Father are pirates but they are fighting against each other.  Turns out she is part siren and she falls in love with a human.

Book 85: The Monster at the End of this Book

🔵 👹 📘 🛑 🔵

Grover hears that there is a monster at the end of the book, so he tries to stop the reader from turning the page, but he fails. When you get to the end, you learn that Grover is the monster at the end of the book.

Book 140: Robyn Hood Volume 1

👩 🗺️ 🏹 🔥 💚

A Girl gets transported to another world and learns to shoot flaming arrows and saves the day by becoming Robyn Hood. (I don’t really remember haha)

Book 268: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

🧙 📘 💀 🍀 🕷️

Harry (who is a wizard) finds a book that helps him in potions.  He also learns a lot about Voldemort and his horcruxes.  He wins a potion to bring him luck. And Aragog dies. (I remember random things about this one haha)

This tag was a lot of fun! I chose to do 5 books instead of just one because one was not enough! (And 5 felt like a good number)
